Cooks
Pay is Hourly Plus a % of Daily Kitchen Sales!
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
The Lodge is looking for professional cooks to prepare food to The Lodge’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with all daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and company goals.
Responsibilities

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, making biscuits, butchering meat, or preparing sauces, etc.)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-
Answer, report and follow all operational instructions
-
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
-
Stock inventory appropriately
-
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
-
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
-
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Familiar with industry's best practices

DISHWASHERS
The Lodge is looking for a Dishwashers/Kitchen Helpers. The Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper will be responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment and ensuring that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.
Responsibilities

Prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware

Hand-washing dishes
-
Loading the dishwasher
-
Wash all sliver, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant

Placing dishes to dry
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-
Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment

Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties

Cleanliness and organization is KEY
