Panettones

Panettone is a classic Italian fruit bread known for its delicate fluffy texture and sweet flavors. The dough is similar to that of our house made brioche buns but with much higher hydration and fat content, resulting in a signature soft and airy loaf. Enjoyed during the Christmas and New Year season, Panettones make for the perfect addition to any holiday meal or as perfect gifts.

The process of creating a Panettone begins with creating a natural starter, which took Chef Lucas Moreira 14 days to perfect. Once the starter was ready, each batch takes 4 days to craft.  We offer three delicious flavors: Pistachio, Chocolate, and Raisins & Orange. Quantities are very limited so get yours today.
